Ok heres the GRO Ref Marriages Dec 1856 (>99%) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rosenheim Rebecca London City 1c 289 So apply to the GRO Southport online . Google GRO and the website will come up. you need to tick the box on the first page that you have the GRO ref and it will only cost £7, Lots of London Register offices now wont supply certs so you better going direct to the GRO( general Register Office)I f you want to apply direct then London City The Register Office, Milton Court (Ground Floor), Moor Lane, London, EC2Y 9BJ Tel: 020 7332 1049. NB: Applications for certificates of events occurring after 1900 should be made to Islington But that Gro refs is then Irrelvant to them as thay have their own filing system

you need the full gro ref whatever that reads Or are you wanting to apply to the local register office? lots of london boroughs dont supply certs now for family research so i would ALWAYS get them from the GRO at Southport
