Hi Last year i tryed to find the following on the 1901 census but couldnt find them, can some else have a go please. Here goes, all this info is on a Birth Certificate, Bertha Tommon born 16th Feb 1901 at 14 James Terrace, Walcott Street,Hull. Mother Bertha Tommon formery Ainsworth. Father Tom Tommon a Fisherman. Informant of birth is grandmother M A Ainsworth (Mary Ann), Grandmother , address 7 Allison Terrace, Walker Street,Hull. I have searched the Census by looking for all the above names and also the two address's. I know Mary's Husband was called John Ainsworth, which can also be spelt Hainsworth and Tommon has also been spelt Tummon. Also Tummons may be indexed under Turnmon in 1881, indexed as Surmanin 1891, in 1901 they are shown under Tumnon. Thanks Debbie
