Moira, My husbands Grandad remarried in his mid 70s to a lady in the same old folks home as him. So never say never ! Elaine.x

Do you have the death cert for Percival. She may be the informant on there .at least you may know then if she was still around in 1953

Thank you both for your help, I doubt if she would remarry at 68 years old, They had no children, she was 39 when they married in 1924.I have wondered if they got divorced. But do not know where to start with that, Moira

For 2 full days now I have searched the Ancestry death records from 1924 to 1983 every one. I cannot find IVY ELLEN GERTRUDE POLLARD b1885 Married Percival Pollard 1924, I have found Percival he died in LEEDS in1953. Please could someone help me. Moira
