What are you trying to find ? Her birth certificate? Why would she have an option re the surnames - was her mother unmarried? There is a full index you can look through for free on ancestry. Just google for ancestry free bmd index. The order the cert for £7 from here: http://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/certificates/ |
