I think so-but again not proved yet-Can anyone check if there is more than one Richard Rogers bornC1823 on the 1841 please?

On 1881 he is an ag lab at Exminster,devon-Thats all I have. Oh his marriage I do have in 1848 to Harriet Ash. Cert not ordered yet as I only found that one last night! As to last message-was reading the wrong page on family tree maker!!

I'll have to check censuses for the Fathers name- I'll get looking at censuses thanks.

How do you know he married Harriet Ash in 1848 at St Thomas if you can't determine which marriage is his? Sam x

Do the parents named on the IGI match with Richard's parents? Do you have his marriage certificate which will tell you his father's name and occupation? Do you have Richard on any census - what was his occupation? Sam x

Trying to find out more about Richard Rogers,Born Totnes Devon c1823 and married Harriet Ash St Thomas Exeter Devon in 1848. I found a Richard Rogers on igi batch for Totnes born 1821 October-how do I know if this is him?-advice most welcome!
