Can anyone please check the census for 1841. Joseph Hollier boen 1804 was married to Catherine Mawby and living in Baunston England. I would just like to see if it says where Joseph was born. Many thanks Marcelle

Hi Marcelle The 1841 will not give you where they were born, it only tells you if they were born in that county or not Julie

I think the 1851 is the right family as Thomas b 1841 Branston, Northamptonshire

The 1851 census gives his birthplace as Birmingham. Sorry - too late, I didn't refresh the page before replying, so I didn't see that you already had the information. Kath. x

Thanks Julie I have been looking at this family and two other GR members also have him in their trees. One has him born in Baunston England and one in Ireland! Not to far away from each other then!!

Marcelle I really don't know, have you pm'd them both to find out where they found there info On the 1851 Catherine, Thomas & Mary is saying born Branston, Northamptonshire. Joseph & Louisa are b Birmingham Maybe Joseph just said he was born in Birmingham
