If anyone is visiting the records office I wonder if they could get death information for me on Robert Beattie. Here is what I have & know. On the headstone (at Tinwald cemetery,Scotland) it reads 'In Loving memory of Robert Beattie beloved husband of Netta Rogerson, died 12 July 1977'. I would appreciate any information on them BOTH if possible TIA Ted (au) |

Hi Betty. The information that I posted is the only information that I have. I have been told that I cannot get a certificate of death, because it is too recent? I only wished that there was more that I could put on the site & or there was more information on the headstone. If there is anyway to upload the image I would do that Regards Ted (au) |

Hi How can thirty years ago be ' too recent' ? Of course you can get a certificate, eirther from GROS or from the local registrar. I've sent you a pm with the links to do this. Best of luck! Denis |
