Can anyone help with details of the following family: William Hayes DoB Unknown but about 1880 - 1890 Elizabeth Lilian Hayes nee O'Neill DoB about 1880 - 1890 in Glendalough, Co Wicklow George Francis Hayes b 1924 Dalton d 1992 Joan Czrny Hayes b poss 1917 Dalton d 1999. I have the birth certificate for George and the death details for George and Joan but cannot find anything else. In 1924 they lived at 88 High King Street Dalton and I believe George had a Newsagents in Dalton. Any information appreciated. Roger |

Assuming that William and Elizabeth married each other, you need the marriage cert to establish their ages at the time, and the names and occupations of their respective fathers. One assumes that you wish to discover their ancestry.............. If, however, you are looking for descendants, you would be better using the trying to find board. Reg |

Hi Roger What year was George born and when did he die? Don't know if there's a connection but I was brought up in this town and there was a George Hayes who had a newsagents, but it depends on the years you're referring to. Regards Patricia |
