Harriet Bessy Matthews Born 1867 St Thomas Exeter devon. have her marriage in 1894 Exeter devon (To George Rogers,)and her birth in 1867-But can't find her before her marriage-have tried 1881 but just can't seem to find her. Please can anyone help-I'm trying to find her with parents if possible? Thanks to anyone who can help.
