Brother in R.A.F. posted to Hongkong 2nd son born there would his dob be registered on them returning to england talking 1970's. Thanks Marion

It will have been registered in Singapore.... but through the British system. This will have been done soon after birth. The index for overseas births is on a pay-to-view site at Findmypast, I think. Someone may have a subscription and do a lookup for you. Gwyn
