Hello Alan The C.M.C Project The letters 'CMC' in the project name represent what we collect and display. They stand for Christening, Marriage, and Cemetery, as well as death records. The primary focus of the collection efforts are directed toward the 19th century time period. The individual county entrance pages explains this in greater detail. http://www(.)cmcrp.net/index(.)php Remove brackets. It has been playing up the last few days. You could also have a look here http://www(.)irishgenealogy(.)ie/frame_1024(.)cfm Kindest regards Maureen

Alan, If you are near an LDS centre ask there as they are slowly getting in ( the bigger ones) all the actual BMD registers( with full details) on microfilm. If they don't have them on site they can order them for you. I've managed to get a couple and I know someone else has too. Much easier than traveling to Dublin or Belfast Cheaper too! 35p instead of 10 Euros!
