Can anyone help PLEASE!!!! I have had limited success in tracing my family but now I've come to a brick wall in tracing my maternal grandfather. James Henry (might have been Henry James) Watts was born in Stogumber (Somerset) .in the year 1865.For a short time he was an officer in the Salvation Army. He married my grandmother Alice Mary Boyce in Pontypridd (South Wales) 1892. They lived in Caerphilly at 149 Nantgarw Road and 52 Bartlett St. with my parents Ernest and Rose. I was born there in 1925.He died in 1944 and is buried in St.Martins Churchyard in Caerphilly. I would be very grateful of any help. Thank You. Leslie Young |
