Member Since: May 2003 Posts: 184 Send Message	Please could some kind soul help me to search for the death of Edmund James Wilde who is last recorded as Father,(deceased)Ship yard Mechanic. on his son's marriage cert. in 1912 Lanchester Durham. The son also Edmund James Wilde is shown as age 23. So the death of the father would be between say 1888 and 1912, the area of death is certain to be Durham, The name is likely to be recorded as either Wild, or Wilde. 	There is one Edmund Wild in BMD that I have found that could be his father.... March Q 1898 Gateshead 10a 496....

Member Since: May 2003 Posts: 184 Send Message	Thank you both for your trouble, this is a real mystery as neither the son or the father turn up on the 1881,1891 ,or the 1901 but the 1898 death looks promising. Kind regards, Maurice
