It depends on the name really, if you are looking for someone with a really common name, like Jane Smith, there will be loads and you won't know which one is yours if you don't know her spouses name. Parents name won't help you. Sam x |

Sarah are you checking the COMPLETE index, this has to be checked quarter by quarter, year by year as it is not transcribed. FreeBMD does not cover that time yet. |

if i look in marriages do you think i might be able to find her the only problem is i dont know who she married and when, all i know is it was in kent and i have her parents names. sarah x |

The most recent census available to view is 1901. You can search for their birth reference in the indexes on Ancestry. It is free, you just need to register. Sam x |
