Unfortunately, most of the 1890 census was destroyed and I can't see them in 1900. Rose

Nessie56 Report 22 May 2007 22:41

Hi I am trying to find out information on a William Walker, born Glasgow 1863. He must have gone to the U.S.A at some stage because he had three children born U.S.A New Jersey, William 1889, Andrew 1891, Maria 1895. William and the children had moved back to Glasgow because I have found them on the 1901 census along with a Catherine Walker (wife but I don't think she is the childrens mother). It is possible the children were adopted? Would appreciate any help. Regards Janet
