Reg, I assume Elizabeth re-married as I am unable to trace her as Elizabeth or Ann Smallwood and there doesn't appear to be her son Joseph on the 1891 census. Angela, This is the family in 1881 and I have this information but I don't think this is the Joseph I am seeking in 1891. The other names at the address in '91 are not familiar to me. Ann married as Elizabeth Ann Ballard to Arthur Smallwood in 1879. Does any of this help? Thanks, Gail

Wanting information from the 1891 census please. I'm looking for Elizabeth (known as Ann) born 1855 in Aston, married to John Harvey or William Preece. He and I don't know which one, was her second husband. There would have been a child by the name of Joseph (Smallwood) born 1879 in Aston. The child may have taken the name of his stepfather.
