I'm looking for two families in Fulham. Joseph Burgar and wife Susannah b 1862 K.Lynn Norfolk. They married in 1892 so I'm after their children. Joseph's parents are also in Fulham in 1881 and as Burgar is fairly unusal I'd like to learn abit more about them. Thanks alot Louise

I have a copy of the marriage cert. Joseph was a labourer His father was Alfred a fishmonger they lived on Breer Street. Joseph C Burgar died 1Q 1913, age 47, in Fulham, so where was he and his wife in 1901???

Reg, Yes I'm convinced thats him and his family in 1881. I think its an error in 1891 should be wandsworth not Walworth, Fulham and Wandsworth are next door to each other. Glitterbabe, That could be them! Doesn't look like they had children then. Ta very much.

Ah! So, Mary age 62 I think could be Josephs mother. He did have a sister called Esther, could that be Hester married to Georg. Hallett? And then Eliza is Esther/Hesters (and Joseph's) sister?

Also just to let you know 30 Bullow Rd ( thou now would be Bulow ct) isn't that far from Breer st
