they have finally mailed me back and I know what records I need to see but to far a way and the alternative is to pay £35 for an hours work. makes the certificates for £7 more value for money lol |

lol Reg thanks for pointing that out to me ELizabeth all I was expecting was a suggestion from them to hire one of their researchers at an extortionate price but maybe they will send me something of use |

I went to the LMA three weeks ago with my daughter. I had e-mailed them about a record and they said the same thing, but when the reply came through it was very helpful and enabled me to find what I wanted a lot faster. |

I have e-mailed them to ask a few questions but they said they get so many inquiries that it may take 2 weeks before they get around to me I have now had a reply and I know what records I need to look at |
