There is a marriage of a Thomas Cavanagh in Sunderland in the March qtr. of 1909 - 10a, 781. However there is a page missing from Ancestry and the transcriptions for the name Salmon only start at Minnie, so I can't check if there is a corresponding entry for Margaret Salmon in the same qtr in Sunderland. Could this be a posibility? Sunderland isn't all that far from Middlesbrough. Kath. x
