Frances, FreeBMd have this one Births Sep 1855 (>99%) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Bramma Martha Leeds 9b 407 Also, check the Yorks BMD website for local registrations rather than FreeBMD there are lots of BRAMMA births. I have just checked the births and deaths on the Yorks site and there is a birth for a Martha in 1852 and a death in 1854. Perhaps the 1855 birth was named after her departed sister. Pete

no think Ruth is hannah she was put down wrong nothing comes up for a ruth on BMD it deff doesn't say ruth on image it say H M which is Hannah's initials jeanette

on 1851 it doesn't say Ruth it looks like initials for a son not even a daughter i think it say H M so must be Hannah perhaps put age in wrong box Jeanette

Martha age 5 in 1861 almost corresponds with 1857 birth that I have seen elsewhere but cannot find a suitable entry in FreeBMD.
