Find Ancestors

hi, my cousin is telling me that he 'has been all over the online records of the parishes but he cannot find Eliza's (married 1840)dad Richard Brazier, or her mum or any family record or her birth. He said they will all be in the Staffs Records office and are in the time frame (around 1800 ie later than the church records but earlier than the census) which is not available as online or purchasable microfiche records', are we missing something please? thanks! I can't find any birth for an Eliza Brazier in Staffordshire on the IGI, but there are these children all born to a Richard Brazier and wife Jane (don't know if this might be the same family or not):- 1.
