grt grt grandma was SARAH ANGUS, born in 1848 father George on her marriagr certificate a master mariner, she marries in 1874, but i cant find any trace of her prior to her marriage any ideas?

The 1871 census has a Sarah Annie Angus, born 1848,Newcastle. She's a visitor in the home of George Angus, a farmer of 800 acres in Broomley, Northumberland. Curiously this George has a niece and nephew living with him, both deaf & dumb. Margaret

THERE IS A SARAH J ANGUS LISTED ON 1861 CENSUS LIVING WITH HER MOTHER SARAH. IN 1871 SHE IS LISTED AS SARAH JANE BORN HEXHAM NORTHHUMBERLAND

on the 1881 census Robert is a miner are you sure this is the same Sarah? she is 9 years older than Robert.

yes thats them in 1881 but on marriage certificate only a year between them
