Find Ancestors

I am trying to trace any of my dads ancestors. His father was born John Henry Pengelly in Bigbury, County of Devon in 1900 to John WIlliam Wilson Pengelly + Annie Elizabeth Pengelly (formerly Brennan). My grandad was always known as Jack and from what I can gather ran away to sea at a very early age. I know he had a sister called Ada and one called Winifred but cannot track down any of them. Annie Brennans father was John brennan and her mother was Sarah lascombe. Her family arrives from Nova Scotia and were all in domestic service. Any help would be appreciated.
