Hi Cheryl To stop you from being bored could you try to find my elusive GGGrandfather in 1851 census. Robert FUGE born 1822 in Plymouth,Devon. In 1841 he was aged 15 living at Ersworthy,Sheepstor,Devon but not with parents. Robert married Elizabeth Taylor in Dec 1851 in East Stonehouse,Devon & they came to Australia in 1853. His parents were John & Sarah (Sally) Fuge,nee Luxmoore (married 1806 in Soho,London but believed to have been born in Devon). John's occupation on Robert's marriage was Cabinet Maker. Could you try outside the square with his spelling.Thanks for your help. Kerri |
