Saw that one Reggie - liked the fact that she was born in 1835 - same as the Sarah Thompson I found on 1871/1881 census - but unfortunately different county. Not to be dismissed yet though !!!

Hi Irene, I have a Sarah born in Flore and living there in 1881 but her sons name isn't Howard?!! Probably not the right one but really need some more details if you have any. Laurie

What leads you to state that she lived in Flore in 1883? Do you have documents which substantiate that? Reg

Do you know where and when Howard was born? You also mention the names Haynes and Hazell - where did you get this information from ?

I am trying to find the birth details of Sarah Thompson married at least twice who lived in flore northamptonshire in 1883 and had a son called Howard out of wedlock. I think her mum also lived in Flore but I have no definite link and don't know what to do next. The last thing I found out was that she had or helped out in a shop in the leicester area by which time here name was I think Sarah Hazell
