And the baby ..... Births Jun 1852 Neal Bridget (Louth) 7a, 534 I can NOT find ANY of the children from the 1st marriage on 1871 census ??????? It's as if they all disappeared after dad married Emma ! ... strange .... unless they went to Wales, Ireland or Scotland ... ???

No marriage for parents. Can not find parents on 1841 ........ without which, we couldn't confirm any findings for any of the Joseph's. I have also checked for Ann Christian on the 1841 .... but too many results to know which one may be her (IF she is correct wife) Suggest you buy one of HER children's birth certs for furthjer information on her.... I'll find the correct birth's for them and leave them here in a min, so you can sent for certificate ........

Can't find him with his parents in 1841. There don't appear to be any siblings for him on the IGI. Sadly that could mean one or both parents died soon after he was born.

yes his first wife died, the cert said he was a widower.this info was given to us.

His parents are noted on the Christening.. Did the marriage cert say he was Widowed ?

Emma was his 2nd wife, but he was married before we just dont have any info on the 1st wife at all

was Emma his first wife then .... or are you saying he was married BEFORE Emma ?
