Go to the Google website and put in 'birth records singapore'. This should lead you in the right direction. Regards, Lewella

There are no websites for births in Singapore. This website explains how to obtain birth certificates in Singapore
https://www.psi.gov.sg/NASApp/tmf/TMFServlet?app=ICA-RBD-eXtracts-pub&isNew=true&Reload=true
They do the lookup for you. However, you have to pay them for the lookup even if they find nothing.

I did a lookup for marriage in 1905 and they found and sent the certificate within a week.
