Hi Lorraine Thanks for looking again. I will look further into the Dallies but think this might be another branch as their seemed to have been one family group around the Rowde area and another around the Fonthill Bishop area. I have no doubt if I could go back another 50yrs they would be related at some point. Thanks and regards from Pam

Hi Lorraine, could you look up Robert Carruthers on the 1841 census for me please. He was born in Macclesfield Cheshire in 1833. Ihave got him on the 1871 census (his name mistranscribed as Carrashero) Married to an Elizabeth and all his children Albert, Charles, Edward, Emily, Henry, Isabella, Robert and William. Hi Lorraine I hope you can help ease my frustration (4 hours looking for a marriage on ancestry's free bmd - no luck). I have the following couple on 1851 with several childrren, the eldest being born c. 1842 so wondered if you could search 1841 for em to see if they were married then. BROWN Robert c.1810 in Strood, Kent Brown, Elizabeth c.1820 in Ke,son(?), Kent Elizabeth's maiden name was SEACH so if you can't find them together would you be able to search for them separately as well? BROWN, Robert (common name so I'm not expecting miracles!) SEACH, Elizabeth (not very common name - I only found 9 SEACH's altogether in 15 years of marriage look-ups). Many thanks I'm off to watch Jonathan Ross now so will check back later or tomorrow am. Regards Louise

Hi Lorraine If you have the Buckinghamshire 1841 census would you please look up William & Rebecca Parslow c.1780-90. They may be living in Princes Risborough but I would like to know their places of birth. Also, did they have any offspring living at home at that time? Any help you can give would be much appreciated. Gerald

Hi Lorraine. Could you have a look for Roger York and his wife Ann They should be in Suffolk, probably Great Cornard. I have Roger's will dated 5th August 1841 and he leaves his estate to Ann so they must have both been alive on Census day! Any Yorks in Great Cornard would be of interest. Alan
