Hi Edith was born in Tarporley to William Rogers and Selina Cookson. It is her marriage to Walter that is stumping me. They may have lived in Whitby - the Whitby adjacent to Ellesmere Port, Cheshire. Hope this helps. Jen |

Hi Merry Yes I think he was born c1870 only because he married Edith who was born c1871. The marriage you have is certainly them. Could you find out more for me? Thanks. Jen |

Are you saying Walter Nicholls was born about 1870? Do you know where? There are a lot of Walter's on the 1901 census!! Merry |

Hope someone can help. Walter Nicholls married Edith Rogers in Tarporley 1891 - 95. Would anyone be able to find out what children they had. I know of a Madge but that is probably a shorten name. Also what occupation did Walter have and when they both died. Also I would like to know where they are buried if possible. Thanks Jen |
