Jackie Could you do me a big favour - was at FRC last week looking for Maddock/Mattick/Mattock family from Longbridge Deverill in 1841 but not there! Looking at my notes their part could be in the Warminster part in 1841 as the record of a 1829 birth said Warminster Common but later said Crockerton. Soo could you check Warminster 1841 Robert and Sarah Mattock spelt in variety of ways. Robert was born 1802ish to John and Dinah Maddox if you spot them whilst looking for Robert and Sarah. i have them in 1851. Thanks Jan

Jackie you really are a great mate!!! That is my lot, a chap called Issac turns up next generation so obviously a family name. Arthur must be in Berks as he married there in 1842. Off to pass this on to a very distant cousin on site. Your help is very much appreciated, sorry I didn't get back earlier but was at a wedding all day yesterday. Please let me know if you ever need a look up at Lewisham Library (my local area). Once again thanks and best of luck with your own searchings, Selena

Jackie, you might be my new best friend! I am looking for the following family: Charles NEW (1791), wife Sara and son Arthur New (1815) from Mildenhall Wilts. In 1851 Charles was aged 60 and living in Newbury but was born Enford. I believe Arthur was born in Mildenhall. My geography of Wiltshire is zero so I hope I have given the right names of villages. Any info greatly received. Thanks for the offer.

If it is not too much trouble, could you look if Hannah Biffen is on the Census, she was bapt. 28.02.1808 Longbridge Deverill and died 1853 Warminster, Wiltshire, she was Elizabeth`s mother. I have still not found out who George Pearce`s parents were since there are so many Pearce families in Wiltshire on the Family Search site. Thank you once again for all your help. Elizabeth
