To get rid of the underlining: just found this on tips board and it works!! Added by Peter Morgalla on 18/05/2005 20:00:44 Looking better now in my browsers. The underlining is due to your IE settings If you want to get rid of the underlining on web links Go Start, Controll Panel, Network and Internet Option and Internet Options This should give you the Internet Propertis dialogue box. Select the Advanced tab then scroll down under browsing until you see Underline links. Then check Hover or Never, rather than always.

The DIY advert seems to have disappeared now,Its been replaced by a thompsons holiday advert, maybe my guilty concience about not doing my garden when the weather was nice, i have decided to have a herbal garden now anyway as NETTLE TEA is very in vogue i will make a fortune, MOE!

Have read both replies on Tips & General .... but I'm still not happy. I can't get used to this type face ... and altering the size doesn't make any difference to me , its still a *pain * They don't mention anything about the underlining ...whats that for ? .... I'm going offline shortly ... can't be doing with it. What DiY advert ???? I don't have that !!! but maybe thats something to do with my Norton (preventing adverts !) Dancer x

Hi, dancer, if you look on tips board under Who done that you will find a reply from GR. Myself i think its to do with the EYESIGHT advert in the left hand corner i seem to notice it more now, also the DIY advert whatever i am not moving from this computer to do DIY

Has everyone read the news from genes team about the boards you will find them on Tips 'Who done that?' author Mr Hosmer Angel and general 'Well I won't be on here' author Daniel longman. On either one go to last reply first to check the update from genes team. Pat x

Just got a reply from GR about this after sending them an email earlier this afternoon. Just a standard sort of reply saying they will pass it on to the technical department. Kath. x

Hi Dancer :-) I did report it to genes and I heard back very quickly indeed. Firstly they thanked me for reporting the problem they also said it has been passed to the Technical Team to look at and could we bear with them while they work to resolve it. So patience may do it. Pat x
