I'm sorry not to be around for look-ups but I've not been very well. Sorry for the delay in responses! I only have an hour which may seem a while but in terms of looking, time flies! If I find what you are looking for and copy them I expect the money to be donated to Pink's fund 35p a copy entry plus p & p. Lucia, I can confirm the IGI entries are correct!
