Siobhan Is it possible you can find a SAMUEL PIPER b.1849. Birmingham, Warwickshire. I don't know anything about this guy, I cannot find a marriage so cannot find his father's name I cannot find a birth for him either, he is on 1881 census and his daughters marriage cert.
