hi again-williams dad was born in bilton, do you want me to look on the 1861 [ bilton is a small place , so will be easy- wouldnt have offered otherwise. lol] sue. |

hi nichola, on the 1881 he is down as being born in bilton in wetherby. vera, did you look on ancestry 1871 or on the census ? because not all of yorkshire is on ancestry for 1871 yet. on the 1881 there is a family [only 1] who were born in the same place, this could be williams lot. i have their address from the 1881 , i will check that address on the 1871, see if they were there with william. sue. |

On the 1891 census , looks like you have all the info. His name must have been mistranscribed on the 1871 census, very annoying to say the least. Regards Vera |

I am looking for William Mounsey (maybe spealt Mouncey) aged 5 born in Bitton, Yorks. In 1881 I believe he was a farm servant living in Long Marston, Yorks. In 1891 he was living in Escrick. Any info on the rest of his household at that time would be appreciated. Cheers Nicky |
