Hope this is the right place to post my need for a medals look-up. I have a picture of my father, Arthur Alfred Lepine, born July 14, 1882, in Kingston. The picture shows him in the Surrey Regiment, Maybe Boer war. I have heard he did receive some medals. Any help would be appreciated.
