Can someone please tell me how much information I will get from a Birth cert. 1847 and a Marriage cert. for 1876 ?? Thanks Lulli x

birth cert you will get birth date. place/mothers maiden name/fathers name (if there is one). wedding you get bride and groom ages, occupations, address at time of marriage, fathers names. and occupations, witness name s.

ONLY ever buy from the official GRO site online - a cert will cost you £7 - you will need the GRO ref - do you have those? http://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/certificates
