Hi Angela BASS is her married name Sarah GLASS married Thomas BASS in 1883. Thank you Chris

Did you mean married name of Bass, Paul? 1901 census Newtown, Bishops Hatfield, (Part of Ethelreda), Hertfordshire Thomas Bass, head, 49, coachman, domestic, born Essex. Matching Sarah, wife, 51, born Kent, Deptford (There's something written in the last column under infirmities for Sarah but I can't make it out)
