hi joyce. you can only buy certs that are after 1837.before that your down to parish records/records office..

hi joyce,.. pre 1837 would be the records office or you could try igi site..or try the sfhg site they are starting to put parish records on,

i georgina, the marrige is after the date ,my disc goes up to which is 1837 , but this is on ancestry. That fits in nicely with what I have so I would say that is what I am looking for, many thanks. One more if you don't mind: John Barham and Margery (surname unknown), probably in Ticehurst around 1651.
