Member Since: October 2004 Posts: 715 Send Message	I’m trying to located birth details and census information (really anything that’s available) for: William Montgomery born approx 1863 in Belfast; Parents: William & Susan; Brother: Thomas I’m unfamiliar with records available in Northern Ireland: When did civil registration start – is it the same as England? Are Census’ available online? Thanks very much Rachel
