I have William Irwin born 1851 in Ireland he married Jane McCombs born 1866 born Market Hall, Armagh, Ireland - I believe they married in County Durham. So when did they come over here. I have William in 1881 living with his sister - could anybody check 1871 census for me - I know his Father was William also, but no idea of his Mother's name or if they also came over to England. Long shot and tough but fingers crossed. |

Janice, honestly I have no idea - all I have is what I have given you, told you it was tough - thinking about going to Ireland but will that do any good? |

Can you find the marriage? The marriage cert would give more clues. |

I have the marriage certificate it helps not - just that his Father was deceased by his marriage date. |
