James Gladden - I'm trying to find my great grandfather James born approx 1879/1880. I have been unable to trace his birth or go back any further. He married my great grandmother Gertrude Bishop in 1900. Any help would be much appreciated. Tracy

Tracy-you dont specify area but I have Gladdens in East Bergholt in 1841 Census ,any help?

have you got the marriage certificate for James and Gertrude, as I have done a few searches and I cant find him in 1881 or 1891 or his birth.
The Marriage certificate would give his fathers name and maybe some other clues
