I am trying to trace my family tree but have only managed to go back to my great great great grandfather Colin Kennedy. I don't have much information about him and have been unable to trace any records relating to him because of this. He was married to Catherine McLean and a son John who was born in 1813.
He was married to Mary McGillivray and their known children were Colin, Janet, Archibald, Flora, Catherine and Mary Ann, all born on Mull. Janet married Donald McNeill in 1883 and they lived in Islay and had 8 children, Catherine born 1894, Flora(Dora), Mary(Molly), Janet(Nettie), Margaret, Archie, John and Christina.
Any information would be appreciated
