WILLIAM EVANS born 1820/21 in Humberstone, Manchester./ A mechanic/ also a soldier in the 98th of foot. At one time based as Tibbs Street barracks, manchester [or salford]

WIFE was CAROLINE JONES bvn. in WREXHAM, DENBIGHSHIRE.


Children were Elizabeth, John, Joseph, [MY GREAT GRANDFATHER] ALSO Robert, and Thomas. They also had a grand daughter named Jane Pemberton who was living with them according to 1891 census.

Any supportive/additional information to any of above greatly appreciated.
