Member Since: November 2004 Posts: 2 Send Message	Hi I'm looking for a Vernon Bertram (b.Germany) who my Great Aunt had to get special permission to marry during the WW2. He was bombed off the Canadian coast and ended up a prisioner of war and later settled there.
