Trying to find Broomfield

Hi - I am trying to trace my grandads birth parents/ family. He was born Anthony Percival Dallas Broomfield on 1st March 1936 to Lilian Violet Broomfield and Percival Cyril Edwin Walker who was a motor mechanic and lived at 12 Maxwell Road, Bournemouth at the time of the birth. My Grandad was adopted by Archibald and Dorothy Haddow on 11th December 1936 and renamed Nigel Bruce Haddow. On the date of the application for adoption (4th November 1936) both birth parents gave their home address as the same as the adoptive parents - 26 Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth. If anyone has any information please contact me as I have been at a dead end for the best part of 5 years. Thanks. Emma |
