Hello Bon

I have been researching the Came family too. I noticed that your Frank Came had the second name Windsor. In the Came line that I have been looking at there is a Frank Came b 1887 in Exeter. His father Charles Came b 1860 had the second name Winsor and his father had the second name Winser. I think this could be your line. I have not yet put any of this on my tree yet. You need to make contact with Jane Pilgrim on the GR site as I got all the info I am giving you from her site. This Came line all seem to be plasterers - does this ring a bell with your mother in law. Hope this helps you - let me know if I can help further. Best wishes Josephine

Hi, I'm looking for any info on Frank Came / Frank Windsor Came from the Exeter area. His father's name was also Frank. He was my mother-in-law's father. All her family papers, pictures, etc. have been lost and she has no information (she was an only child). I'm guessing that he would have been born c1920 give or take as she was born in 1940. He married Winifred Lillian Ball. He was in the Household Cavalry during WWII and later was a lorry driver. If anyone has any info I would be really grateful :) Cheers, Bon
