I am trying to find any relations to my g.grandfather Thomas Blackburn(b.c.1830 Thorner,near Leeds)He was married twice, the first marriage i cannot trace,but the second one was to Susannah Draycott(nee Hargreaves)I do know that they had both lost their first spouses and they were married at Stoke-onTrent where they remained.I also know from their marr. cert. that Thomas,s father was also Thomas Blackburn and that he was a miller.I don,t know if he stayed in Yorkshire or if he moved to Stoke-on-Trent too.I am trying to find my g.grandfather,s mother,s name too.I would appreciate any help whatsoever!many thanks,Sylvia Sproson |
