Trying to find Insley

Hi there, My name is Kevin Culp interested in the Insley heritage. Specifically my mother's father was an Arthur Insley biologically. At one point I am not certain if my grandmother was married to him or she had my mom out of wedlock. The only information I have is a newspaper clipping which is hard to read. My mother was born August 6th 1936 and soon was adopted by my grandfather William Sorley. Arthur fizzled out of the picture for some reason I am unclear why? I found out 3 months ago that Grandpa Sorley was not my biological grandfather but will always remember him has my grandfather. I had very fond memories of him when I was a child. He was very special to my brother and me because my other grandfather on my dad side died in 1947. Which I never got to know!!! I only have pictures to look at. I am wondering if you may have Arthur Insley in your tree. He at one point lived in Glenview which was a part of Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada long time ago. I have checked on the 1901/1911 census for any Insley in Niagara/Welland County but there is none. He had to be living in Niagara Falls around the late 1920's or early 1930's. I have searched the cemetery in Niagara Falls but cannot find him. I suspect he is dead now but I cannot be sure as my grandmother will be turning 89 this year. I am some what cautious about approaching my grandmother about this subject because I sense it is a very sensitive issue. Can you help track down my Insley Heritage? Kindest regards, Kevin Culp
