Trying to find Stoten

I'm trying to find more information on the ancestors and siblings of Sarah Stoten born c1775. She was baptised aged 15 in Latton (Harlow), Essex and her parents were Joseph and Sarah. She married Thomas Cramphorn and had at least 4 children - Thomas (1800), Charles (c1807)(my great great grandfather), Christopher (c1816) and Daniel (c1820). All the children were born in the Latton/Harlow area. I have found a Joseph and Sarah plus a Jane Stoten who were buried in Roydon, Essex churchyard in the mid/late 1700's. I have also found marriages and births for a Joseph and other Stotens in Stanstead Abbots, Hertfordshire. All these places are only a few miles apart so wonder if there is a connection. Any info anybody has would be great. Thanks |
