Hi, I'm trying to find descendants of Frederick Harry (Henry) Dalby born Quarter 2 (Apr-Jun) 1865 in Esher, Surrey. I have him living in Bideford, Devon in 1891 and married to Minnie. I strongly believe him to be the father of my Grandfather Frederick Henry Dalby Phillips who was born 'out of wedlock' on 14 Mar 1884 in Braunton, Devon to Sarah Jane Phillips. At this time Fred H Dalby is a Ticket Clerk at Great Torrington Railway Station, a reasonably short distance from Braunton. But due to the illegitamacy I have had little success in proving this relationship. Any help would be very much appreciated indeed. |
